Chris Rock Will Address Oscars In Netflix Special, Chaka Khan Calls Out Mary J. Blige's Vocals

Chris Rock:
Chris Rock will address the Oscar's slap during a Netflix stand-up special. Although Chris previously alluded to the incident several times, but this is the first time he's speaking on the situation at greater length. Some of the material for the special was shot back in January during an arena show in Charleston with Dave Chappelle.
The Bryant Family:
The Bryant family received some Justice after tragically losing Kobe. Los Angeles County awarded Vanessa $28.85 million over her late husband's leaked helicopter crash photos. Kobe was killed on Jan. 26, 2020, with his 13-year-old daughter Gianna & seven others in a helicopter crash. First responders allegedly took pictures on their phones of the deceased victims and shared them with colleagues. May all of the victims rest in peace.
Michael B. Jordan:
Michael B. Jordan called the morning Hustle radio host L'oriel out on the Creed 3 red carpet. Back in the day, the two went to school together, and according to him, Lore’l used to call him corny. She admitted:
"To be honest with you, we teased him all the damn time because his name was Michael Jordan. Let's start there – and he was no Michael Jordan. And he also would come to school with a headshot. We lived in Newark; that's the hood. We would make fun of him like, 'What are you going to do with your stupid headshot?'
He starred and directed Creed 3, which is in theaters now.
Chaka Khan:
Chaka Khan shared her thoughts on Rolling Stones's 2023 200 best singers list. She ranks at # 29, and Mariah is at 5. Chaka reacted and said, "That must be payola or some sh*t like that." When Chaka learned she was placed after Mary, Chaka said, "These are blind bi**hes! They are blind as a motherfu**ing bat! They need hearing aids…These must be the children of Helen Keller!"

Queen Latifah is empowering black women in film with the queen collective program in honor of women's history month. According to reports, Queen Latifah and Queen Collective will premiere six new projects in participation with Procter & Gamble's Widen the Screen initiative.
